I'm just wondering if anyone knows if m3 calipers are common to the e28 and if so, which year or model? I'm thinking maybe it's possible to bolt some larger brakes straight onto my 51 mm uprights using m3 wheel bearings and discs and go 5 stud at the same time. Someone mst have tried this i guess?

Any info appreciated

No they aren't.

Caliper mount spacing is completely different also 4 stud to 5 stud.

M3 wheel bearings wont fit a 4 stud strut.

Etc.
