problem with engine swop? 318i to early 2.5

hi zoners i am having a bit of bother with a conversion the base is a 318i 1991 and the new engine is a early high comp 2.5 ive fitted the complete engine, i had the engine running fine once done left it 2 days and now there is now spark or fuel????????

This could be the Crank Sensor

ive already changed them had a spare set too. just turn but no spark or fuel.
