I am an American with a 88 325IS. I have a problem with my air conditioning to were it wont even come on. My tacks dont work sometime, and my mpg gauge doesnt work haft the time. Does anyone make dash wiring kits for these types of cars. I know you can get this type of wiring threw american musle cars. You simply take the dash off and replace old wiring. Is there anything out there like that for e30's?

No one makes anything like this for E30s because there would be absolutely no market for it. The wiring on a 20 year old E30 would be indistinguishable from that on a new one, except for the odd locking tab broken off a plug shell, and those are available seperately for a few pence (cents).
E30 aircon wiring is fairly simple. You will need to find a circuit diagram, (try www.autolib.diakom.ru:8001/CAR/BMW/ ) and find where the supply voltage dissapears.
Tacho could well be dud batteries in the SI board.
