tere's a good deal going on semi sunth 75/90 and i am wonderring if it would be ok on my standar diff and my gearbox in my 320i?

Shouldnt think so mate, diff and g/box have different oils so i would use the proper ones.
If it helps the castrol codes are SAF-XJ (for the diff) but i cant remember the one for g/box, will let you know soon as i remember!
