reff cylinder head and cam

can anyone tell me what they think is an average price to pay for a second hand cylinder head for a 325i also what thel think of a shrik 284 cam for road use would this make the idle really lumpy cheers!!!!

I paid Ԛ£120 ,but it turned out to be worse than my own !!!!!!!!!!so money down the drain.

I put in a 272 cam which is lumpy but no problem around town, soon to get a zone chip, which will take care of a few issues.
