heater doesnt work

just read silvershadows thread on heater blower only working on setting 4, im also having problems but mine doesnt work at all, the relays seem to be fine but as ive just changed the engine im wondering if the garage has disturbed anything,although they deny any involvement...obviously. would it be worth checking the same things as silverline or is it more likely to be something totally different, baring in mind electrics isnt one of my strong points
