runs like crap wen cold..

hi guys, 1st thing in the morning when i start the 30 up... its hard too keep her rnning untill the temp guage is over the blue.... sounds really rich 2x blue temp sensors and no difference.... any help is apreciated thanks

also what oil are you running and when was it last changed, incorrect or old oil can effect cold start performance.

Hard to say without more information but sounds like an air leak,or airmass sensor out of kilter,once the engine is warmer it 'breathes' easier,does it continue to run rough once warm?To check for air leak use some wd40 or brake cleaner aerosol,spray under manifold,around pipes etc,if engine speeds up at any point you've got an air leak.If not check airmass sensor settings,adjust with allen key,check injectors as above,fuel filter and pump,is exhaust blowing at all?,when were plugs leads and cap changed?if you are losing power aswell,headgasket/valves.......process of elimination,i know it's boring and you want an immediate answer but just not possible.good luck.nick
