M50 - head tuning and big bore TB ?

Hello,

i might have to taka a head of my M50 soon, so it would be nice if i could gain some power while doing this. I have some questions.

- Can i lower the head ? Will this have any results ? How is with heat in this case, do i need to mount oil cooler ?

- How much can i gain with head porting and polishing ?

- Is there a bigger TB that will fit directly to M50 intake manifold or do i have to port and polish stock TB ?
