tec 1 sport suspension swap

hi all i recently found out my tec 1 sport has a very bouncy and squeaky rear end, pretty sure the shocks have gone possibly springs too

there billstein shocks as standard, any ideas which series they are ie b8, b12??

any ideas on a price on replacement originals, or is it worth gettin better coilovers or something?
