Windscreen washer jets

When I use the windscreen washer jets the fluid comes out smelling like cats piss ! I've soaked the washer tank in bleach and changed the washer fluid several times but no change ? Can anyone please help its driving me round the bend

Cheers, you say a new one is only Ԛ£6 who sales them and do you know if that is the one with the extra tank for intensive cleaning ?
