E30 rev problem...

ok so i finaly got my e30 back from the tuners after 4 months. said its the best they can do. running a stand alone engen managment system that replaces the airflow with a map sensor and uses standard crank pickup 60-2. so my problem is this. i put my foot down she runs line stink. but as soon as i lift rpm drops to zero got no ignithion what so ever until i step on the accelerator again. usualy only gets ignition again after 2-3cm if travel. then goes like stink but cant maintain speed. either flat out or nothing. in nautral rev it up and lift same happens inly gets ignition from 3000+- rpm again. sent the ECU unit for testing came back with no problems reported. checked all the wireing and sensors myself. what is cuasing it to do this. also does not idel or if it does idels rough and iratic. Any help or advice would be helpfull plz plz plz.
