Does anyone know the thread size of the fitting on the engine end of the oil cooler hose? I am fitting a 325 engine into my Sportster but have to use 3rd party oil cooler as the Beemer one is too wide.

Have you tried Europaspares? I think they list a kit for the M20.

Anything you do find I would also be interested as I'm in the same boat :)
