tyres and offset help!

hi there!
Just got hold of some 16x9 ET35 and 16x8 ET 25 wheels and need a bit of help about fitment. From what I have read I will need spacers for the 9s because of the offset. What size spacers will I need to clear the struts? Will the fronts bolt straight on without issues? Im planning to role the rear arches what size tyres do I need front and rear so that the wheels dont rub? I want all four wheels sitting flush with the arches a tiny bit of poke wont hurt. I also want the arches filled properly hate it when tyres look tiny in the arches. Car is on coilovers.
