loosing coolant water HELP

Hi i seem to loose coolant water its not the head gasket that is fine bottom end is making a noise there is no air in the system all the pipes are checked and are soft and not hard so there is no air in the system please help what else could it be?

i bought a new head and got the works done to it presure tested skimmed new valve stem seals the works basicly 325i cab auto ive also checked the passenger carpet its dry i think its coming back out of the over flow pipe on the coolant but i have taken the air out of the system

and also noticed when driving nice and slow it lasts longer and when i give it some loses it faster

ive had this problem for 6 months now sick of it

whats making a noise on the bottom end ?
if your sure it's not the headgasket then your leaking somewhere...

its the big end making noise building a 2.7 for it once thats done will be sticking that in.need to sort that out but want to resolve this water issue first

I got the same problem also, no leak, no water into the engine, all rubber hose is new also the radiator but the water coolant is loosing, not fast but after 2 months the water at the reservoir is about 2 cm from the bottom
