intensive wash wipers

my wipers on my headlights keep getting stuck like the motors trying to turn them too much, and ideas ?? i tried re-alining them but no luck,

if your motors are working fully you need to tighten the nut on the arms just right,to tight and they don't move,too slack and they move-stick-move etc.

i noticed that, i will have to fiddle to get them right as i love the intensive wash lol,
