Hey guys, does anybody know how to replace worn valve stem oil seals in a m40 cylinder head? thanks in advance guys

If i were to do it i would pull the head off. Others leave the head on and bring the piston up to stop the valve going into the bore.

Pull the head off and get a head gasket set, re-lap and reseal all eight valves and you should be good for another 70,000 miles.

Someone might be on in a minute to give much better advise and they'll probably ask why, meaning are you sure it's the sills and not the rings, etc, etc.
