Question on heated seats

I have two shabby but fully working sports check seats which are heated.

I have bought two pristine seats which are not heated (I think).

I can remove the check cloth and stick it over the old heated seats, but the driver's bolster is badly worn.

Can the heater elements be retro fitted to the new seats?

Or am I looking at a big old stripdown?

If you're willing to remove the cloth, then changing the heating elements will be an easy job to do, use the good bolsters instead!
