Help! Cabby roof stuck half open!

Hi all, my cabby (power hood) has been at a local garage getting new springs and shocks fitted. They raised the horseshoe and left the roof in the half open position to get at the rear strut tops. A few hours later when they went to raise the roof again....nothing. No clicking of relays or motor noises whatsoever. We've checked all the fuses in the fusebox but is there a hidden fuse or relay for the roof somewhere? or a reset procedure? Any ideas as to how to raise the roof manually should we have to? Were getting desperate

Thanks for that Johnt will need to move it manually if nothing else works. Strange it appears to have suddenly lost power. Does anybody know if there is a fuse hidden somewhere or of any other possible cause (battery was probuably disconnected when struts changed while roof was half open)
