Does a 323 have the same exhaust manifold as a 325?
The reason that I need to know is I need an exhaust for my
"A Reg" 323.
However I remember someone posting once ( can't find it now) that the early cars had a different flange bolt pattern.
Is this corrrect or will any 325 exhaust fit.
Thanks,
Mick

Early 1986 325i:

They look similar, but have different part numbers.

I have had a further look around realoem and I think I have found my answer?
The Manifold to Downpipe gasket is different for both.
Also the 323 states "3 Manifold studs" where as the 325 has "4 manifold studs.
