OK this is confusing me.

Been having problems getting my 320i auto to tick over and it doesn't like revving at 1500rpm.

Yesterday, I removed the air intake, cleaned the AFM sensor, checked AFM was moving freely (it was) cleaned up the electrical connectors to the ICV and it seemed fixed. Started fine, ticked over fine, drove to work fine.

I finished work, started it, it wouldn't tick over until it got warm, and then when it would tick over, it really won't work at 1500rpm. After that on the open road it's bob on. Not a single sign of a hiccup. As soon as I hit traffic and have to coast along, it's ticking over but has a real issue at 1500rpm. I have to press the accelerator several times to get it above that. Once above 2000rpm it's happy.

What's going on? What else should I be looking at? :?

320 comes with many versions of management from the pre historic to modern. What age?
