Hey guys i am looking to get the h&r springs off the zone shop. my car is a e30 318i 86' will i need to get shocks as well and/or dampers?
Any advice would be great thanks

I would not upgrade the shocks just on their own, it will upset the handling quite badly! (not as bad as using stock springs and harder shocks)

I did stock springs with harder shocks a long time ago and it just made the handling so bad!

If your buying H&R springs get some decent shocks in there aswell. If money is tight then just do the front shocks otherwise youll have to repeat the whole process again.
The rear shocks are nothing to do with the rear springs so can be changed at a later date.

The other way is to buy some 325i front struts (Ԛ£50 jonb??) and use the full H&R Cup kit.
