how do you take the dip stick out??
no not the dip stick it's self but the actuall pipe that hold's the dip stick, iv try'd pulling, and i'v had a set of jaws of death on it, and the lil bugger just wont come out???

Just pulls out. I presume you've found the single nut and bolt near the top.
