Hey everyone, Has anybody any idea how to install front foglights and to get them working on a 1990 e30 that never had front foglights from new ? i have purchased a pair of front foglights but im unsure what to do next.

First off you need to remove the blanking plates(if fitted) and the plastic plugs that they pop into.
These should be replaced with the white plastic foglight specific ones.

You then attach the foglights with the 8 small screws that hold them in place. Wiring should be inplace beside the headlight's. You feed them down through the cutout to reach the foglamps below.

Next you need to replace the single(rear)foglight switch with a double switch and fit a 7.5 amp fuse in slots 29 and 30 in the fuse box and relay K8.

You need the switches and relays. I think all E30's came with a fog light ready loom but someone in the know will confirm....
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

As BadDave has said, plus a tell tale light for the instrument cluster. Relay K8 is identical to relay K4 on UK spec. E30s, BTW.
