nice and easy brain teaser for you guys out there, will a gasket kit for a 323 fit a 320, have one sat in the shed and wanted to have an idea if it will work before i take my engine to pieces :) .

check out realoem.com and compare the part numbers for the gaskets for both engines/years and all will be revealed :)

cheers for that, most useful site that is heheheheee,
it would seem they are the same part numbers but there are two types with different thicknesses. so fudge it, gonna try it with the one i got and see what happens :mad:

This sounds reasonable to me,on the face side of the head,in opposite corners there is a dimple in the casting,when this dissappears,the head has been skimmed to it's limit.

i do not think they will i have a spare head gasket as well for a 323
