Removing Dash - Haynes Dosnt Help

Ok, so how do you remove the dash without damage?

Its got no damage at the moment and I dont really want to damage it either.

horrible job mines in pieces not looking forward to putting it back, i used that guide too, but for some reason i did it in different stages, i wont be doing that when i put it back took me forever to remove and as the old saying goes if it takes 1 hour to take apart, it take 3hrs to put it back together !
