is engine problem need advice

i have an is with 122000 on the clock but when u rev it up at about 3000 revs it will viabrate then go and the same when the revs decrease hit 3000 and it viabrates.sending me mad
p.s also changed the timing tensioner still no joy

is it an engine mount problem, my mate used to have a renualt turbo that did the same sort of thing that was engine mount mabye worth checking. good luck with it anyway.
