316 to 325 Wiring Loom Question

Please help Brian

I am going to be swapping a 325 into a 316 shell. I want to keep the abs and head light washer, check control panel etc. Is all this stuff plug and play on the 316 loom or will I have to swap the entire loom?

I hate wiring so might pay someone to swap the loom for me.

I'm 800 miles away from home, in the middle of France, pi**ed as a newt, BUT, by the miracle of modern technologies, I'm stiull with you!
If you want to keep the check panel, you will have to swap over the entire body loom, fromn the front RH corner of the car to the rear RH corner, with a few branches right across the car, and including the fusebox. Noy half as bad as it sounds, if the car is in at least a semi stripped state.
ABS and head lamp washer are largely serarate looms anbd will need to be swapped over as well.
Check out my sticky 'wiring warning' in the engine swaps forum, and you may have to add a wire between pin 20 of the engine loom and 87 of the DME relay, depending on the relative ages of things.
