whilst replacing diff and trailing arms, ive thought it a good idea to replace my rear beam rubber mounts with supperflex poly ones. trouble is after removing the 4 allen key bolts and 2 main bolts i cant seem to get the beam off. is there any other bolts anywhere, or a special way to getting it off. thanks. :?

Assuming you've still got the diff and prop off, then nothing. Have you got the two main bolts out, or just the nuts off? The bolts seize to the alloy centres of the bushes. Removal can involve large hammers and blowlamps. When you've got it off, check the paintwork on the fuel tank on and around the filler stub, and check the brake pipes across the back.
