So, tomorrow is the day and the new OBC is going in.
B7 very kindly gave me printed instructions and I've walked it through, the only bits I'm stuck on that I need help with are:
1) where do I mount the additional horn/bracket- anyone got a picture?
2) at the back of the OBC unit, next to the green socket, there is a yellow wire with a single plug- where does it go?
3) temp sensor- again where exactly does it go? anyone got a pic?
Thanks in advance!
Stu

re the temp sender, does it go 'into' the duct from the outside? As opposed to sitting inside the duct?
Thanks for the yellow wire though, one more not to worry about

On a facelift car the sensor pushes into the duct from the outside, so that the working end of it sits in the airflow through the tube,
On a pre facelift car, the sensor is pushed through a hole for the purpose in the front valance from the inside.

nice one ta- and the horn? I think it goes in the same area, am I right? Lots of vacant mounting holes in the area on the horizontal plate between that area and the engine bay? plus the loom sort of heads that way?
