Whats the throw of the TD crank?

In respect of a 2.7 conversion.
Is the throw of the diesel crank the same as the eta crank. In fact, is it accurate to say they are the same crank in terms of dimensions etc and the only difference being the forged vs cast manufacturing aspect.
