I have a E30 2.7l BMW and the clutch is heavy and the bit point is at the very top my foot is almost off the pedal.
But it changes gear very well how can i sort this so its not so high and heavy.

It's a hydraulic clutch so is self adjusting, if its that high then you will soon need a new clutch fitting.
BMW use SACHS, although LUK are good too, I'm using a 325 LUK clutch kit on my 2.8 with no problems.
