Hi Guys
I scratched my car this morning, the problem is i will not be able to take it to the panel beater soon, its looks like quite a deep scratch because i can see the silver metal at the bottom.
My question, can i put anything on the scratch to protect the metal until i can get it fixed. I was thinking of dropping some wax on it, to like seal it up.
Anyone got a better idea.
Thanks
PS: if you wanna see the scratch I posted a pic of it in the Photo section.
scratch temp fix?

wax will be a pain to get off again.
I would use grease. (the clear LM2 stuff) wont wash off with water, but will with degreaser.
or you could try cellotape just to stop the air getting at the metal.
