touring sport recaro seat repair...

my sport interior in my touring (anthracite recaro jobbie) has finally started to show it's first bit of wear!!!

there's a 1/4" long fray on the centre of the drivers seat base...

this got me thinking, are the cloth sections available new from bmw? if so, how much?

yep but they way pricey
i priced up just the seat back for one seat and that was 200 notes

try finding another set of fcuked seats and mix an match the fabrics till u have what u need.

good plan... that said mine are totally mint apart from this teeny tiny snag. i doubt i'll find as good a set being broken! the base from a good passenger seat from a sport will do it... just gotta find one now!

i paid Ԛ£81 a month ago for the back of mine and its recaro and one of the design cabs limited run and they still had it in stock so i would still try the dealers
