318s are 4 pot engines.
318 is a single cam 1.8 8v engine
318iS is a twin cam 1.8 16v engine with 135BHP.

Yes yours is pretty much the only one in the whole world which doesn't!

I'd been interested to put an m10 and an m40 on the rollers, see which really produces the most power. Was talking to Pacerpete and he dopesn't theink there will be anything in it! There may be even some surprises!

I think there's a RR place near me, i might run it sometime soon to see what its putting out.

Got a Scorpoin S/S half system, K & N panel filter, and decent plugs oil to go in.

In not expecting gains, just near stock would be good.

You make it sound like a 1.3 ohc Escort engine
Fair enough the tappets are a little noisy at high revs but mine is pretty good aswell!!!

Full stainless
Viper 2 Chip & Re-map
Fse Pressure Boost Valve (Running @ 3.2 bar when accelerating)
K&N Panel filter

Fair enough the last rolling road that i went to my baby was over fueling like a Rover V8 but it's pretty much sorted now and it fcuking flies!!!
