Lock is yellow/blue, unlock is green/blue. Intercept both where they come out from behind the passenger footwell speaker.

Indicators are blue/red and blue/black - connect to the small wires coming out of the plug beside the accesories socket.

Immobilizer connection is a white two pin plug and socket with green wires in the loom above the glovebox. one half of the plug and socket iis just a short loop of green wire. Piece of wire between battery + and ignition coil + defeats it. Better immobilizer is to intercept the green/purple fuel pump wire. Comes out of the rubber tube to the fusebox at the front of the glovebox and goes to the loom down the left cill.

Perm live can be taken from terminal V, and switched live from terminal X of the radio connector on the accessories connector panel (C302)
Radio connector is the vertical four terminal socket at the top, left of middle. V is the bottom terminal, in the narrower bit (red/green) and X is the second one down (white/purple)

There is no window close function as such on an E30. Front windows can be closed by arranging to disconnect pin 4 only of all the window switches from earth, and connecting them to 12V+. Four windows together would be quite a current drain though.
