certainly looks like an M3 item...Genuine? hard to tell from that pic

Value? depends if you find someone who wants it, or not

If it were me, I'd stick it on eBay with a reserve of what you paid and a starting figure of 99p...costs little to list it and it might make loads. If it doesn't sell, then you haven't lost a lot
