...but I've been lucky and found it, somewhere in the middle of town where I parkled it 2 days ago!

How can you stop this happening? it's not the spoiler really, just the 1" wide sort of "lip" thing that attaches to the bottom of it with clips.

Do you need to buy some new clips or what? Gettable from $tealer?

You either need to buy some new clips or a new spoiler. I mean, the case could be that clips are broken (all?) but also that this small part of the spoiler where the clips apply might be broken. If the second and prefer not to buy a new one (maybe a chance to put the one from is) try to make new small holes right next to the existing...
