Take your documents to BMW and they can cut one from the vehicle ID number. From memory is £20 or 30.

I have just acquired a pre facelift convertible with only one key (which is slightly bent!)

BMW at Harrogate supplied two new keys based on the vehicle ID at a cost of £13.56 each.

The only problem is that at sometime the locks on the car have been changed and consequently the new keys don't fit.

If your central locking is working you should get off with a set from a coupe if need be
