Right.Well the is engine is running pretty well now.Not had any overheating problems or anything. And it seems to be going ok.
Only thing is, its somtimes very boggy low down. Now i know these engines dont have much low down torque, but i dunno if mine feels right.
If i ever floor it at the lights, even if i keep the revs up to say 2/3k then dump the clutch theres a bit of a jerk before the car moves.Like its lost some preasure or somthing?
The only way i can get a good start is by doing a rollin start at like 5mph.
Im not sure if its maybe some hoses that need to be replaced, but the engine can somtimes feel a bit...slow. Ive been in other IS's and i dunno if im getting paranoid or not lol.
The lumps done 150k, so im sure its tired now, but im not sure if its worth checking/replacing anything?
Cheers guys

It dies almost mate.As if someones coving up the inlet or somthing similar, like its being starved of somthing?
You rev it, clutch up and it sorta dies for a second then goes.
Its very shit second as well.
Bloody IS's

I think you only notice it more in lower gears as obviously when your in say 3rd your already doing a fair bit of speed so its not that noticeable as the engines running.
I noticed today as well, it just dosnt feel like it pulls that well. Thing is, i aint got the money or time to start putting new cams etc in, at the end of the day its a 1.8
