325i sport wont start!!!

Just recently changed the engine in my sport from an alpina back to a standard engine and i have had nothing but problems from the loom being melted to the car starting then eventually cutting to now it wont start at all. i know its deffinately getting a spark but will not fire. so ive changed the fuel pump and all the ignition leads, distributor cap and plugs. So now i have no idea. any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Chris

No I can't hear the fuel pump! How do I find out which terminals are which?

Did that then it ended up being the connection under the dash to the obc. Then it started idling at about 3.5k, so i changed the idle control valve and still the same thing???
