Guys let me know what you think.
1990/91 320I SE 2DR SILVER FULL SE TRIM.
1 OF THE BEST INTERIOR I HAVE EVER SEEN WITH ALPINA COLOURS.
5 15" BBS ALLOYS.
FULL SERVICE HISTORY THIS IS 1 VERY NICE CAR.
BLOWN HEAD GASKET,WHICH I HAVE SINCE REMOVED FROM THE CAR AND HOPEFULLY WILL BE GETTING SORTED AND BE BACK ON THE ROAD SOON.

BUT AND I SAY A BIG BUT.
I HAVE FOUND SOME RUST ON THE PASSENGER REAR ARCH,NOT BAD BUT ITS THERE AND ITS TAKEN HOLD ITS MAINLY ON THE LIP AND TOWARDS THE START OF THE REAR BUMPER,CAN THIS BE REPAIRED AND AT WHAT COST.

THERE IS ALSO A BIT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE,JUST TO THE SIDE OF THE AIR VENTS IT LOOKED LIKE SURFACE BUT WITH ALITTLE BIT OF SCRATCHING TURNED OUT TO BE A HOLE THE SIZE OF A 5P CAN THIS BE SORTED.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THE CAR IS IN FIRST CLASS CONDITION ASIDE FROM THOSE BITS OF RUST.

I WOULD HAVE TO GET THEM SORTED AS IT DOES MY HEAD IN KNOWING THAT THERE IS RUST AND ALITTLE HOLE.

THE QUESTION IS.
IS IT WORTH DOING AS IT IS GOING TO COST ME A FEW HUNDRED TO GET THE CAR GOING AS REGARDS THE HEAD WHICH I DONT MIND BUT WITH THE RUST AND THE HOLE WOULD I BE BETTER OF STRIPING AND BUYING A 325I.

Get it repaired, rusty arches are very common as is the rust under the windscreen.

Chances are if you look for a 325i they will have or will develop the same faults.

I had a rear arch on mine go rusty, cost Ԛ£180 to have it cut out a new arch welded in and sprayed up again.

No big deal :D
