My central locking is not working. I don't know why - it just stopped out of the blue.
I have an alarm with my car and that works with the central locking. Now the alarm is still working but it doesn't activate the central locking.
When I put my key into the driver's door to close - it won't. The only way I can lock my car is to climb in to the passenger side and lean across to close the driver's door from inside and then I can lock the passenger's side with the key.
I can unlock both sides with the key.
I've checked both door pins and I've checked for fuses blown.
What next should I do? Or get someone more technically minded than myself to do? Anyone able to help me?
Thanks ...

My brothers central locking packed up
Then 2 days later mine did too. I got to the petrol station and realised the cap wouldnt open lol, so had to rip the boot out and manual open it from behind.
Now it somtimes works, so somtimes from the drivers side the car is locked, then others i ahve to go round and lock everything seperatly.
Think i need a new drivers solanoid
