Will the above be ok for soldering most Lighting wires,e.g
Foglights, Headlights ?

You'll have to feed it in a bit fast, as it's rather thin for the job, but it will do.
Make sure it's proper lead/tin stuff, not the lead free "eco" rubbish.

I used 0.7mm for the fat wires on a xenon ballast.... but I broke off a long length and doubled it over. Not ideal but made it a bit easier.
These are sensations as hard to forget as they are to ignore.....

Woo hoo, it's not just me that doesn't like the green friendly stuff. Even the fumes from it are worse than the leaded.

I wouldn't breath either if you can help it though.
