looks like power cables for the radio, checked them with the ignition on?

The red one looks like the wire that tells the aerial when to go up and down when you turn on the radio.
Not sure what the other one is.
Took me about 3 hours to wire the radio into my car as the last owner just cut them all with a knife so I had no idea what was what! Took ages arsing about with a multimeter.

The red one is not live and I dont know what the black one it and I dont have a elec aerial but I think you might be on to some thing here
