Side skirts will fit pretty much dirrectly on.

Front tech 1 valence will require the whole prefacelift front end bolted on so, metal front valence, bumper mounts, bumper, plastic under tray, fog lights etc.

Rear tech 1 valence requires more work to get it to fit. You will need the bumper and mounts and im sure the metal rear panel behind and below the standard rear bumper need to be played arround with.
