Central Locking assistance please....

Greetings. Seasons greetings even!
The central locking has failed on my touring and the petrol door is locked. I'm nearly outta petrol! Is there any way of re-setting the mechanism or any ideas what's gone?

There's access to release the petrol filler door in the RH "cubby hole".
