I've bought a non vanos M50 motor from a zoner complete with a type 413 ECU. Later on I found out that the non vanos ECU is 405 and the 413 is for a single vanos motor.
Do I need to buy another ECU or can I just buy a 405 upgraded chip from here to fit my current 413 ECU?
cheers

As far as I am aware, you need the 405 ECU. Fellow Zoner 320ise tried one of my upgrade chips in his M50B25 non-VANOS and it wouldn't work until he fitted the 405.
