Door Handle Disconnected

Hey all,

While my car was being repainted the shop had the door locks popped out. Now that it's all back together, it would seem that the linkage that connects my exterior passenger-side door handle to the latch is screwy. The door can be opened from the inside, but not form the outside.

Any tips on what I should be looking for so I can fix it?
