I know this has been covered before but a search revealed nothing. Can anyone advise how to remove the interior trim covering the A pillar..just removed the dash and scratched one side to bits and can't get it off.
Really appreciate any help.
Cheers

They are held on with a spring clip at the top, and a sort of hook at the bottom. You need to pull the top away from the pillar, until the spring clip releases (you may have to move the headlining cover - the piece the sun visors sit on, to allow the pillar trim to be pulled away).

Once the spring clip has released, you need to slide the trim upwards to release it from the hook at the bottom. It should then just lift off.

Cheers,

Ian.

Most of the ones I come across, the hook has long since been broken off by the half trained chimps employed by some alarm fixing company.
