slight miss ???

ok lads only happened there this morning for the first time ,, started it from cold ,, then sunk the boot going out my road ,, had a slight miss at around 3-4 thousand revs ,,, this happened twice ,,, but once the needle came up to the blue on the temp gauge it drove perfectly ,,,, thinkin spark plugs ??? any ideas ,,,
